Hotspot operators can offer their customers and guests vouchers at their point of sale. For new users this is very comfortable, because they don't need to register and get instant access without the need of a credit card.

These "Location Tickets" can be customized, ordered and downloaded in your personal section "Customer login". The system is very flexible yet easy to use:

  1. You can choose if the tickets are only valid at all your hotspots or just one specific.
  2. You define the number of tickets and their value. The value can either be given as time period amounting to 0.5, 1, 2, 3, 6, 12, 24 or 48 hours, 1, 2 or 3 weeks, 1 or 6 month or as traffic volume amounting to 10, 50, 100, 500 or 1024 MB or 5, 10 or 15 GB.
    Time values up to 24 hours can be either "Passed time" or "Used time".
  3. By default the tickets are valid for one year. Alternatively this period can be set to four years or restricted to the current or the next calendar month.
  4. You can choose a retail price between 0.50 and 99.99 EUR or give the tickets to your guest free of charge.
    hotsplots charges 40% of the retail price. The price of tickets that aren't sold range from 0.10 Euro to 1.90 Euro excl. VAT per month, per piece and per user. Detailed prices are listed in a table in the HOTSPLOTS Biz price list. Customers with a FreeRate contract have a flatrate for free tickets, i. e. they don't have to pay unit prices.
  5. Each month 20 free tickets with a time value of 15 min can be generated free of charge for every hotspot.

Layout

You can choose between several standard layouts and provide your company's logo simply by uploading. Your settings are saved. Even after your order you can change layout and logo. The pdf file can be generated and printed again at any time. Already used tickets are automatically wiped out.

You can print the tickets yourself and sell them to your customers. The tickets can be printed on common paper and cut out. For a more valuable appearance we recommend business card templates as are produced for example by Sigel and sold in our undefinedwebshop.

 

Payment conditions

For payment you generally have two options:

  1. With the "Prepaid" option you buy Location Tickets on account with a payment target of 45 days. Regular customers of ours in Germany can switch to direct debit as payment method in the customer area under the menu item Location-Tickets > Payment mode.
    You receive the bill as email attachment as soon as you order Location Tickets and you can download all bills any time at My account > Bills.
    You can generate different types of tickets in one order - this makes bookkeeping easier and allows you to easy reach the minimum order value of 15 EUR.
  2. With the "Postpaid" option you pay for your ticket orders monthly via direct debit (only available in Germany). Only tickets that were actually used get charged to you. The monthly minimum turnover is € 7.50.

* The contract automatically renews upon expiration. It can be terminated at the end of the following month.
