New hotspot login

We are approaching the "Go-Live" point.

The databases and the billing system are up and running.

Different payment options are in place and it's now possible to pay via PayPal, credit card or money order... Direct debit (only available in Germany) and premium SMS will follow soon.

Hotspot operators can register themselves and add their hotspots to the system. A detailed list of rates and another business option will follow shortly.
