New: Location-Flat

Even more flexibility for hotspot operators: With the Location-Flat, hotspot operators can define any amount as a cost limit for their hotspot. WiFi clients using such hotspots do not have to pay more than that limit (per calendar month) for that particular hotspot.

The new feature is intended for hotspot operators who have high internet costs, e.g. in the case of satellite connections, where the FlexiFlat would not be suitable.
